Tekoa CRM Terms of Service / End User License Agreement

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern access to and use of Tekoa CRM, a software-as-a-service platform operated by Tekoa Systems LLC ("Tekoa," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Tekoa CRM, you agree to these Terms.
1. License and access
Subject to these Terms and your organization's subscription status, Tekoa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Tekoa CRM for your organization's internal business purposes.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the service except as expressly permitted by law or with our prior written consent.
2. Your data and responsibilities
You and your organization are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of data entered into Tekoa CRM, including customer records, job details, photos, receipts, financial data, and communications.
Customer and company data entered by your organization belongs to your organization. Tekoa processes that data only to provide, secure, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Tekoa CRM to violate applicable law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use automated means to extract data without authorization.
4. Beta and early access
Tekoa CRM may include beta, preview, or early-access features. These features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time. They are provided "as is" without additional warranties.
5. Service availability
We strive to keep Tekoa CRM available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans, seat limits, billing cycles, renewals, and refunds are governed by the subscription terms presented at purchase or in your organization settings. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Tekoa CRM is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Tekoa disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tekoa Systems LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of Tekoa CRM.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Tekoa for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) if no fees were paid.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
